An IHM-Aurangabad Alumnus (Batch 2003 – 06), he worked as a Training Chef and subsequently a Chef at the Prestigious Taj Mahal Palace & Tower in Mumbai from 2006 to 2008. He was part of the kitchen crew at The Chambers, which is a Members Only Club of the Taj Group.
He has also recieved training at The Taj Blue Diamond, Pune and The Taj West End, Bangaluru. Over the course of his training and job, he has been a part of the teams catering to multiple high profile events and personalities. These include Head of States, International Sports Personalities, Hollywood and Bollywood Celebrities, Music Maestroes, Business Tycoons, so on and so forth.
